Girls best friend

I love this lovley doggie. Tessa is the sweetest thing. She lets most any child pull and yank her continuously. She sits down to let Ava get on her back and ride her like a horse. Meanwhile she gives me these sappy brown eyes speaking to me "See what I do for your children?" Love you, Tessa!

The Turner Family

This July, while Chad was ruffing it with a bunch of 16 and 17 year old boys for a week I went to spend some time with my cousin, Lisa. She has just had her fourth boy. Our families are opposites but we get along very well. All my girls with all their boys. Idaho was pretty and their new home was beautiful. Way to go, Lisa!

Awkward Family Pet Photos

So, I call Hannah into the room as I'm laughing my head off. I show her this site with all these hilarious family pet photos. She's like "why is that so funny?" I look at her, shocked. "Are you joking?" I ask. "No" she says "I don't think that's funny." I reply, "Who takes a picture with their pet like this?" She answers "Me." Enough said.....

Oh,my!! I can't stop laughing. Here are just a couple of my favorites. Check out the site. www.awkwardfamilypetphotos.com

Camping, Logan Canyon

We enjoyed a weekend up Logan Canyon. The mice were all over the place and I was shocked that my girls didn't seem to mind! We had dutch oven dinner and tried to fish with no success, just nibbles. Ava enjoyed playing in the dirt and making a mess. All in all, it was a huge success.

Popcorn anyone?

You know your family eats a lot of popcorn when you go to the ENT and they find a kernel covered in wax lurking out in your daughters ear. What?????

Gateway Fieldtrip

I took my girls on Charlie's field trip to the Discovery at the Gateway. The coolest part was that we rode the "train"! I must say it was a fun day and I have to thank my surrogate husbands; Steve Jensen and Aaron Carver for helping me. I would never have made it!

Charlotte is a preschool graduate

Our sweet sassy girl is an official graduate. Notice "Charlie-boy" behind her. We missed seeing Hayden and Jackson every week.

****Disclaimer****Gross stuff ahead

Charlotte and Isabelle had their tonsils out nearly two weeks ago. They are awesome...and so gross. Day 5 yeilded a view of popcorn throat. I haven't seen something that nasty in a long time. They were really good girls and didn't complain (too much). I hope we now get less sick! Hannah is due for surgery in a few weeks...bah!
